Villa Ortansía, Greek for Hydrangea, was the first of our ‘flowers’ to blossom. As always, we keep to the traditional building style of Pilion, skilfully making the property look old despite the fact that it is recently built, by recycling the original stone of the ruins. This is truly a wonderful building, located above the village of Miliès in the mountainous area of Pilion. The terrace at the front of the houses offers an unbelievable combination of scenery, on the one hand the lush, rich vegetation of the mountain and a slight turn of the head displays breathtaking seaviews.

Villa Ortansía is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. In accordance with the traditional architecture of this region, the living room is situated on the first floor and it has a cosy, comfortable sitting area with a decorative fireplace. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, has a dining area. There is a small balcony on this level with magnificent sea and mountain views. Both bedrooms, with double beds, are situated on the ground floor, along with a bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom has a small en suite shower and WC.

The villa has air conditioning which is not included in the price, a television and a washing machine.
Cleaning and changing of linen and towels is twice weekly.

From the swimming pool at the front of the house enjoy panoramic scenery of the rich vegetation on the mountainside, and stunning views of the village of Miliès and the sea.

As the villa is located in a traditional village it is only accessible via the original kalderimis (donkey paths) The centre of the village is only 7 minutes away on foot, by car it is approximately 4 kilometres from the village.
